Ramendan

Ramadan is a month of sacrifice in which followers eschew all other foodstuffs after sundown, to test their devotion to the almighty noodle.

Thanks to everyone that participated! I know it was a bit of a struggle at times, but you accomplished a noble goal. The good news is that now you've got a jump on the rest of your 2011 sodium intake!

See you on July 20th, 2012!

a Japanese noodle dish [that] consists of Chinese-style wheat noodles served in a meat- or fish-based broth.

Anything on that page, including the related dishes, is fair game.
